I have a problem with cameras
I thought I looked good this morning when I put my clothes on and looked in the mirror. So I was proud of myself and happy! Figured I would take my August pictures and I didn't think I looked THAT big until I saw the pic! :( Now I can see a difference from the month to month pics but my arms are still huge... my stomach isn't as flat as I thought it was and now I'm feeling sad :( Darn camera

I've always been that way with cameras.
But rest assured... You look fantastic and are doing a great job!! |
Thanks Julie- Like I said, I can see a difference but I thought it was a much bigger difference then the camera shows *sigh*

I think you're worrying over nothing - You look incredible :)

I felt the same way looking at my progress pics along the way, but you ARE doing great!

Wow! The difference between May and this month... Girl, you look fantastic. Seriously, I can see a definite difference. Yes, even in your upper arms. ;) You are doing so well. It is often hard to see things ourselves that are so obvious to others. :D
Your little guy's little round head... Awwww... So. Cute. :D |
its the camera angle and close proximity. I'm certain an unflattering pic could be taken at goal weight too. ;) Keep truckin' you're doing great!

I agree with everyone else. I can totally see a difference. You look great.
Way to go!!! |
You look GREAT! I don't think the camera shows the real me either. I don't think a 2D image really does most people justice. But, you are doing fantastic! Keep it up :)

You look great! I feel the same way when I look at pictures of myself. It is absolutely 100% true that the camera adds 5 to 10 lbs (it's the result of taking a 3D object and transposing it to a 2D image). We're all thinner than we look in our pictures! And pictures from the side, the way you are standing, are the most unflattering. There's a reason you never see a celebrity pose for a picture sideways.

You look awesome and should be proud of yourself - you have obviously worked hard! I'm sure soon you'll be loving your pics -- keep up the great work!
