but i hear so many different calorie stories here AND I LOVE THEM ALL but i dont know whats better for me... im 48yrs old, 5'7" tall, 260lbs and i have an all day seated job in front of a computer
i DO exercise a little and me and DH take 1 mile walks EVERY EVENING
... how many calories do you think i should be eating everyday to lose at the least 1lb a week? (OOPS! DONT LET ME FORGET! IM ON PAXIL FOR MIGRAINES & SINGULAIR FOR ALLERGIES
) im not in a super duper great big hurry to lose all this weight i mean look how long it took me to get this big... but anyways... any oponions?
