Back Again!!!
 

I lost 50 lbs last summer.... did good, kept it off... then hit a winter slup... my old computer that i worked on from home... something with this website and my jobs program didnt agree and i had to stop posting.

Now i have new computer and it works great.i have got to get back on track... loose the rest of this. I want to look good in a something swexy witchy for halloween.... that is my first goal date.

i lost the weight before with calorie counting... i like it above others.... i can eat what i want... in moderation.... i like my pie and cake on occation.

i thought about Adkins... but i dont think ill do it. i will gladly to cut out some carbs.... but not all.

Anyway.... this place was a real insparation to me last year.... i really feel not being able to post after the first 50lbs really hindered the rest of my weight loss......SO IM BACK!
