G2 is lower calorie Gatorade - Always helps me when I feel like crap, no matter what.

I dont think it's blood sugars if your hands are shaky. If their shaky and you dont feel yourself, i.e slightly off balance then yes I'd get your bloods tested.
Also muscular toning can cause shaking. So it could just be down to your workouts, I know that for a few days after weight resistance I find my hands shake a little. |

ashley, one word, overtraining. Take some time off!! And eat more than what you are. DON'T go for the fast loss, it'll be mostly muscle and you know what that includes, right? things like your heart!
I do a LOT Of exercise, know the feeling and you just need to chill a bit. |
