have you tried Gatorade?

G2 is lower calorie Gatorade - Always helps me when I feel like crap, no matter what.

And has electrolytes!!! ::tumbs up::

May not help you much if you find out you are hypoglycemic though ;)

I truly hope you aren't.

I dont think it's blood sugars if your hands are shaky. If their shaky and you dont feel yourself, i.e slightly off balance then yes I'd get your bloods tested.

Also muscular toning can cause shaking. So it could just be down to your workouts, I know that for a few days after weight resistance I find my hands shake a little.

Spoz... I mentioned in another post that I agree with you... if this person not only experienced this while eating a snack, but an hour after eating dinner while eating a snack...it seems possible, but not the mostly likely explanation for hypoglycemia (esp if it's just the hands that shake)

Still better to get it checked to be sure. Everything IS a possibility. Narrowing things down is the best way to get the solution afterall, right?

ashley, one word, overtraining. Take some time off!! And eat more than what you are. DON'T go for the fast loss, it'll be mostly muscle and you know what that includes, right? things like your heart!

I do a LOT Of exercise, know the feeling and you just need to chill a bit.
