I Won!
 

So I am in this weight loss group with a bunch of women. It is $25 a month for 4 months and whoever loses the biggest percentage of weight wins a certain amount of cash. Well our first weigh in was today and I won! I lost 5 pounds (7 with my clothes off) in the past two weeks! :) One of the ladies asked how I did it because most of them weren't able to lose much this weigh in and I told her, just counting calories and working out! Soooo simple, but we make it sooo hard! I'll keep you posted on the upcoming weigh ins. I am hoping to win the pot so that I can buy an elliptical. If any of you like work out videos Turbo Jam and Power 90 are really kicking my behind. :o

Congratulations! That is a great start. That is also how my weight loss started. Just keep it up and you will be at goal in no time.
