Has anyone seen her or heard from her? I can't find any recent posts for her.

Hi Diva - I haven't seen her (or you!) on 3FC in a LONG time. Maybe she is so busy with baby and work (isn't she an attorney), that she had to cut something... guess 3FC got cut!

Claudia was a paralegal or legal secretary in New York. She and I talked about getting together for lunch but it never materialized. I found Bobbi (Bobbolink) who is still as cute as ever!

It's good to be back. I missed this place and didn't realize how much so until I logged on the other day and read about bras, scales, TOM (which meaning took me forever to figure out), and all that other girl chit chat.

Thanks, girl! I am trying. However, I had a big wedding weekend with lots more food and alcohol (and of course, no time to exercise), so I have to get on track the rest of the week.

Yes, 3FC is a great place, isn't it. Good to have you back! I do miss the old calorie counters crew... it's funny how certain people move thread to thread. I actually MISS people who I used to chat with. I post on featherweights sometimes, but mostly I just post all over 3FC. So, I'm sure I'll be running into you on here!

If memory serves correctly...I believe that Mami ended up having a tummy tuck surgery and talked about it here, and then we heard very little from her shortly after. I haven't seen her in calorie counters, or any part of the forum for quite some time.

I'm still counting calories, it's the only weight reduction plan that works for me and I still eats lots of Fiber. Yes Diva, that would be Fiber One.:high:
I was absent for 9 months from the 3FF's and my weight gain shows it. I started posting on June 2nd and dropped 10 pounds for the month of June. I hope to lose 7 or 8 more in July, shouldn't be too hard with all the fresh fruit and veggies from our garden. We have a zillion raspberries, I noticed yesterday that they were starting to turn red, yum!
I started a "Golden Girls" thread when I left here and it's still going strong, even without me. Someone started an "accountability" thread under the 50+ and that really helped me stay on track.
DH is calling me, gotta go. Movies starting in a few minutes, bye!

I, too, miss the old CC gang. I'm still counting too - switched from fitday to thedailyplate and love it. I also remember you were my inspiration for really upping my fiber... I'm still trying to do that.

Hi folks!!! Good to "hear" from you all again. I'm still counting calories also. The plan is to continue doing so, as it is the only thing that holds me accountable and sets my portion limits. When I was posting here daily, I would post my calories and my menu. The truth is it got to be tedious for me and it felt more like a chore then a help - so I stopped. My calories and my menu are BORING. I eat mostly the same things every single day.

And Bobbo, I too am still going strong with my Fiber One. In fact it was on sale last week, $1.99 a box. I bought 8 boxes of it. And it won't even take me that long to go through it. GREAT June by the way. 10 lbs? NICE!!!

Mami, had PM'd me a couple of times right towards the end of her stint here at 3FC. Like Aphil remembers it, it was right around the time of her tummy tuck. Ya never know. Maybe she'll resurface.
