I'm 5'1 and about 120 now, aiming for 1200-1400 a day. I eat mostly vegetables and pork/chicken which fills me, then get most of my calories from "snacks". I can lose weight with this amount with lots of cardio and weight training, but have been cheating so much lately the scale hasn't been moving:(

I am trying to keep right around 1400, sometimes I am under b/c one of my ideas is to be done eating by 4pm.
I am nursing a baby so I won't go less than 1400 on purpose. |
