Starting weight: 215
Current weight: 202.5
Goal weight: 165

Congrats Dawn! You have every right to be proud.
I'm down only .8 this week. This is a-ok with me as I'm seriously PMS'ing and I lost 7 last week. Yay!

My start weight was 232
Weight today 180.5 and my goal is 140.

I have had 2 very good weeks in a row (I think it has been that long since my last weigh-in post.
I am down another 3 lbs to 174lbs. That also means that I passed another mini-milestone. 90lbs lost todate.

lost 1 pound this past week!!! Not that great but I didnt gain and I didnt binge!!! and I did ok!!!1
