love being back on plan
Well, after only being back to my "good", new lifestyle for 3 days, I've dropped 2 of the 6 lbs I gained! I'm sure I'm retaining water, which I am losing right now, but I am also sure it's not all water. :o If anyone out there has recently gained, I implore you to get back on track asap! It is so much easier (for me) to lose recently gained weight, and the sooner you get on plan, the sooner you feel physically and emotionally better. Cheers, all!:carrot:

Good for you. You know I think sometimes when a person gains a little and goes up to that next tenth spot, that can be so discouraging. Like to me, if I gained 6 pounds from say 271 to 277, well, it would suck, but going from 276 to 281, and seeing that damn 8 that I had already said my final goodbyes to is hazardous to my mental health. :) Weight loss is such an emotional roller coaster, and I reckoned that most of us here tend to turn to food to comfort our emotions....Its a cruel freak of nature I'll tell you...CRUEL! :)

Lori Bell - I totally hear you. I've said goodbye to the 180s several times. It especially sucks when I'm in the mid-170s and then my TOM comes and puts me in the 180s for a couple of days - grrr. But I am so close to getting back into a more "comfortable decade", and I'm looking forward to really dedicating myself and seeing the 160s before the end of the summer. This time, we will really prevail!
