100 pound loss with counting calories.
 

I have lost 100 lbs! the bad news? I still have 159 to go. Upon waking this morning my scale had nice things to say to me as she whispered my weight into my ear. I officially weigh 433.4 lbs thats .4 away from a 101lb loss total since Jan 1st My blog post about the 100 lb loss. I have this x posted in the 100lb club forum as well. just thought I would post it in here for you all since it was accomplished with calorie counting.

gee you have a long way to go. I think your so strong for being able to stick to something even though the light at the end of the tunnel is so far away.
