Hi! New(ish) to this forum.

I want to introduce myself and say hi. My name is Beverlyjoy.

I am active at the 100 pound forum. Recently, I found this forum and have been posting here too. I am a calorie counter, too. It has seemed to be the way to give me some sanity with food.

Hope to get to know you all better - as we journey towards better health.

You're so right about calorie counting and sanity with food. This really balances everything for me in a healthy way,

I just started on this forum also.I was formally on WW,but that just didn't work for me.
