TGTBT? zero calorie spray butter

At 5 sprays, Becel's cooking and topping spray claims to have 0 calories. I understand that there are labelling loopholes that allow them to say that the product has zero calories when it really in fact does have some.
Am I on the right track here?? :o:(
I guess if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is...
How do I go about counting calories when it comes to spraying these so called zero calorie butter sprays then? I do believe that I'm consuming less when I'm spraying. Any thoughts??

You're wise not to fall for the "zero calorie" nonsense! This thread about I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (ICBINB) might be very helpful for you. :) Can I go butter crazy?!

Only use 5 sprays. If a serving has less than 5 calories, it can say 0 calories on the label.
So - for an average, multiply the number of servings in the bottle by 5 and that is approximately how many calories in the whole thing.
I can't believe it's not butter spray has something like 950 calories in the whole bottle.
Makes you stop and thing before you get spray crazy.

As far as counting goes, if you are using this stuff multiple times per day, then you will want to count the total.
