    last week: 176
    This week: 175!
    only one lb lost this sucks!!!!!!!
  • Good Morning, I have lost a total of 1 whole lb this week. Each day - down .2 or .3 lbs... It's better than going up... I'm happy but wish I could take off 2 per week.

  • marathon mom!!!! I totally feel your pain this week...I need to lose 5 lbs next week to meet my canadian idol goal!!! yeah right lol

  • Down a pound this week, been losing about a pound a week. I know it't not fast but IT'S HEALTHY!!!!!!!! PLEASE don't think you need to lose too fast! I know it seems slow but if you drop 20lbs in a month you're at risk of gaining it all back!! 1-2 pounds a week is healthy.
  • Up to 195.8 - I ate really REALLY well yesterday UNTIL I had some chips and salsa/cheese dip.. my weakness! Sure enough, next morning... weight went up.

    Gotta love salt.

    I have been averaging about a pound each week (after the initial 10-15 lbs)...I'm not sure what was different this week, but I won't complain!!
