After many failed diet attempts, I'm going to try calorie counting.
I don't have much time in my day to use an online tracking, so I figure using a little notepad will work for me. Does that sound like a good way to start off?

By the way, why does my tracker say 1000 pounds gained? lol...I've definately not EVER gained that much weight.

I have been using Fitday, but I am at the computer most of the day so its easier for me. I have tried just about every diet in the world but I think I can stick with this one. Good luck and welcome!
