Nutrition Information for a Recipe

So I volunteered to bake a dessert for our family Passover "feast". I really want to provide something that looks and tastes good, BUT is low in calories so that I can actually eat dessert with everybody else for once. I usually just say I'm too full because 1 piece of the desserts my mom likes to bake are about the amount of calories I should be eating in an entire day!

I found this recipe online, but of course no nutrition information is listed. Can someone please help me convert it into calories and grams of fat?

Ingredients (makes 32 coconut macaroon cupcakes):
4 egg whites
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar, divided
1-1/2 cups sweetened coconut, shredded
2 tbsp. matzo cake meal
1/2 tsp. orange rind, grated
About 32 candied cherry slivers (optional, the cake can be topped with the garnish of your choice)

I really appreciate your help!

I'd just enter the ingredients into Fitday, add all together and divide by 32.

calorie-count.com has a good "recipe analyzer" section.

As far as desserts Passover time. Yeah, it's tough. Actually it's tough other then Passover too. ;)

How about a good old fashioned fruit fruit platter? Fresh sliced pinapple, grapes, mango, strawberries. You can even dip a few of the items in some melted chocolate chips if you like. There's also meringue cookies which are basically egg whites and sugar. Not exactly low cal, but..... There's also sugar free jello. You can serve it with the fruit.
