Not at all. Just a little floor space and you're good to go. It's side steps, kicks, kickbacks (hamstring curls), knee lifts, and good old walking in place. Some moving forward and back with the walking. Pretty simple, but a good workout.
Go to this website and you can watch clips of the watp videos. You can also watch clips of other exercise dvd's. They also test them out and will write recommendations on them.
