Counting calories just cause a headache!

If only the world were perfect :)

I'm jumping in here because most people here will not realize that you are in the Ukraine, so your views are going to be different since they are based on your experiences there and may not be the same as what we consider to be everyday life here. I know you did not intend to insult anyone with your comment, though perhaps 'stupid' wasn't the best choice of words  Calorie counting can be very easy here, it's just another measurement. For experienced dieters, it's almost second nature. No headaches involved :)

I pretty much use The Daily Plate as much as possible. I plan out my daily intake of food a day ahead of time - the night before or that morning. This is what I'm going to do for now.

I tried counting calories in FitDay when I first started but found that it took a lot of time and effort to do it that way. I now just write absolutely everything down in a notebook and that seems to work for me – it’s quick and readily at hand.
