Overall the menu looks good.
What are the nutrient % that you are hitting (Carbs/Protein/Fats) Do you know how much Fiber you are getting? How much Sodium? The only thing that stood out and it may not be an issue at all is the condiments. They typically are high in sodium and HFCS. For me I really limit that stuff. I had a huge spinach salad earlier today and limited myself to exactly 64g (2 servings) of Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch and still that was 620mg Sodium. Lori |
Maybe your body wants to hang on to those cals because it thinks you are going to starve it. Several people on here have remarked that they actually increased their cals and kept on exercising and they started losing weight again.
 At first I thought you were doing 2 & 1/2 hrs of interval training. I was going to ask how you had that much stamina! |
Since you're not listing quantities, it's hard to tell. How many calories are you eating a day? And, I noticed that there are no carbs on the menu aside from fruits and veggies. Are you avoiding them? If not, then some brown rice, high fiber cereal, or whole grain bread might be good additions. Also, I agree with the previous poster that you've got a lot of ff condiments that are probably high in sodium and other iffy stuff.
You say you usually come in under on your calories. That may not be good. It can stall your metabolism. Your activity level is high and you need to support that if you want to keep losing weight. The 'less food is always better' dieting mentality isn't sustainable! |
not getting enough calcium can also stall weight loss . you have to be sure you have a balance of all nutrients throughout your day .
