Default Just moved from doing Pure (LA) Weight to calorie counting!

Hi everyone! I've been doing Pure (old LA) Weight Loss because it worked for me in the past. But now that they are bankrupt and all the centers are closing, I am starting a program at my gym that is based on calorie counting. It works similar to the sites like the daily plate but it has that added accountability of checking in with someone. Plus they have access to your food log so they really can keep track of what you are doing. I need that added push to keep on track. I used this site for support on Pure Weight Loss and now I'm hoping it will help with calorie counting too.
Happy Holidays to eveyone

Welcome to the community - I did not know that about LA Weight Loss.

Calorie counting is great! No custom foods to buy, everything is OP If you don't have a food scale, I recommend that you pick one up. It makes calorie counting soooo much easier!

Thanks for the welcome! My gym using a program called Weight Loss Revolution. It's a good program, makes it really easy to make exchanges and to add custom foods. So far so good, but as with everyone the holidays are hard. Add to that the fact that my birthday is the 23rd, so three days of not so good eating. My plan is to do moderation and kick up the exercise to compensate for the extra calories.
