hello

  • This is my first post and I want to say hi to everyone. I started counting calories and exercising about two months ago. So far so good! I'm still adjusting things and not set on one specific calorie amount. I won't go below 1,200 or above 1,500. Depending on how much exercise I do I just play with the calories a little. I hope in the long run it works out and I am able to reach my goal.

    This is advice that I stuggle to follow myself - but I'm gonna say it anyway.

    I find I do better if I don't account for my exercise as a reason to take in extra calories. The reason being I usually manage to overcompensate on the eating and negate most of the calories burned.
