Aunt Erma!
Im doing fine with my plan, up untill that dreaded TOM. I go from being sensible and sticking to my plan, to wanting to eat everything in sight thats not nailed down.
Does anyone have any good ideas? I have a theory that maybe I need to stay away from bread and the likes, since it seems to trigger more bingeing, but its by no means fool proof. Fellow chicks, help! |
I also suffer in my pre TOM days... Itīs horrible!!! I have to stay away from everything I crave, I mean the "only one piece ef chocolate" doesnīt work 4 me, Iīm an "all or nothing person" (yeah, I have to change that) but during those days I just try (not always succeed) to stay away from everything and stick strictly to my plan!
Try to think about ur next weigh in day .. and how the numbers will go down.. exercise is a good idea too! |
