Mest up.
 
I gave up yesterday and today. I didn't exercise and I haven't exercised this morning. I have been binging like crazy and I haven't bothered counting my calories. I can't believe I have mest up like. How Do I Stop?

Drink a big glass of cold water while you are doing this. Sit down and ask yourself why you are doing this. Take out a piece of paper and write down all the reasons your eating wrong, then write down all the reasons you want to lose weight (all of them shallow or for the right reasons, any you can think of, kids/looks/relationships/health). Try to think of something really good that will motivate you and how you are ruining your progress physically and mentally. Now if possible take a long walk, if you at work find a reason to go to the other end of the building. Walk from one end of you house or up and down stairs several times, then find an activity to distract yourself til your next meal time. Eat normal from here on out, don't punish yourself just start new.

Yep. I've had several missteps along my way. The best advice is to simply pick up the pieces and soldier on, whether it's been two days or two years. Don't punish yourself, don't starve. Just start *this very minute* to live sensibly again. Don't wait till tomorrow. Just do it now.

I consciously make the decision to do something else. I have a list of things to do when I'm having a hard time. (Give the kids a bath, leave the house, match the socks, or work out!!) I want you to know that I also struggle. But you can do it, remember to believe in yourself. Please let us know how you are doing.

Hmm, I also think it is just natural that you have little setbacks along the way. We are just human after all.

Imho the key is not to let this discourage you and just keep going and try to do as well as possible. :)
