Is the pocket sized book worth buying? I found it on ebay for fairly cheap and am thinking of buying it. Just want to make sure I'm not wasting my money. Thanks :carrot:

It is definetly worth it. I have the 2004 edition and plan on getting the 2008 when it comes out. It has calorie counts for everything you can imagine also fast food and restaurant calorie counts. it has way more info than i can go into. You also get counts for fat grams and carb grams.I reccommend it highly.

I agree. It's an excellent investment! That little book is chock full with calorie counts for everything you can possibly imagine and it's small and portable. I keep mine on the kitchen counter at all times.
