What do you guys use instead of mayo?

I use horseradish sauce too. I love spicy stuff and this gives me my fix without lots of calories. I also love Sara Lee's Pepper Trio mustard....its got a nice hot bite to it. Its thick and lumpy but so good! Sara Lee also has a nice Cranberry honey mustard. Its purplish like the color of cranberries and a little runny like regular mustard. I use it on turkey sandwiches and I also use it as a dipping sauce for plain boiled chicken. It has a nice flavorful kick to it. I am out of the Sara Lee mustards right now. Dont quote me on this but I think both mustards have around 10 calories per teaspoon. The store I buy them from only have them set up as displays at the deli counter so when they are gone, you have to wait until they get a new display in. They make an ordinary fat free bologna sandwich tastes wonderful. I sometimes wonder if I can forgo the filling completely and just have a mustard sandwich. Weird, I know..but thats how much I love the flavors. If you like the heat, you'll love the Pepper Trio mustard. :)

ooh..one more condiment that I cannot leave out is Emerils steak sauce....i'm not a huge Emeril fan but I can definitely say *BAM* when I use his sauce...unlike any other steak sauce that i've tried. Nice and spicy. 20 cals for a whole tablespoon. I use it on turkey burgers, pork loin, chicken and anything thing else that needs some flavor.
