Success!
So yesterday was my first day of really tracking my calories and trying to get every little one in that I could. I am proud to say that I was able to make it through the entire day without feeling deprived or excessively hungry and came in at 1450 calories for the day! :)
I'm using Nutridiary and it really works great. They allot you a certain amount of calores based on what you select and it flucuates based on your activity level. I was able to come in having an extra 825 calories that I had no need for! This really gives me confidence that I can do this. My next mini goal while on this 5 week run (staying true for 5 weeks no going over my alloted calorie count) is to get more vegetables in my diet. I'm going to attemp to try new vegetables and new vegetables recipes every week. Way to go! It's amazing how little calories you actually need to stay satisfied and not hungry. I keep it around 1500 and I'm rarely hungry.
