I think this calculator is useful. It shows you how many calories you need to maintain, or fat loss, and or extreme fat loss. and it explains which one is right for you.

Awesome site, thanks for posting it. I love the free calorie based meal plans at the bottom as well. They have simple meals so I know I can actually use it. Thanks again so much, this will be extremely helpful to me and to a lot of others I'm sure. :)
