ok girls,
something is realllllllly wonky around here. The Fiber 1 in Canada is more cals than yours, both of them are. Plus, Fiber 1 honey clusters are less calories per same amount, they just make the serving sizes bigger. Check it out: Fiber 1 original- 1 serving is 1/2 cup, and 100 cals, 14g fiber Fiber 1 honey clusters- 1 serving is 1.25 cups, 210 cals, 14g fiber So for the amount, fiber 1 honey clusters is actually less cals then the original. Of course it does only have half the fiber but you could always blend them.. AND our fiber 1 does not have aspartame, it has splenda. I got both tonight (I already tried honey clusters the other day and they are awesome) and I like that the regular Fiber 1 is in 2 cute pouches to keep it fresh. I tried a little snackie cup (probably 1/3 cup) dry and I am stuffed! LOL Fiber tends to do that to me. I can't wait to try it with milk too and try that muffin recipe blue2blue posted (hope I got your handle right!) |
