Weight Gain during TOM
 

Hi everyone,

What is a normal weight gain when you are on TOM?

Or does anyone not have a weight gain or stay the same?

And what happens if you still lost weight during TOM say about three pounds does that mean you didn't eat enough or what?

Just wondering because I weigh tomorrow and I was wondering what to expect, I feel good about this week and I have done very well with my calorie intake but I do feel bloated no matter how much water I drink.

For me, the average is anywhere from 3-5 pounds. If you've been on plan and exercised, then you shouldn't worry. Just remember when you get on the scale, that it is the TOM and expect your weight to have fluctuated a little.

I think everyone is different with there TOM's . Some people gain,some don't loose, and a few lucky ones loose. Thisis my second time tracking my weight and TOM's so I will be able to see a habit, but I can tell you right now I have PMS am bloated and have not lost one darn pound. Last month I actually gained 2 lbs which came right off plus 3 more. I try and talk myself through this and by reading other people's experiences with TOM's has helped me alot.

I typically gain a few pounds. It's always fun to weigh myself the week after AF and see the numbers lower again!

I have been wondering this myself. This is my first TOM on this plan and the scale is going up instead of down even though I have been doing well. I HOPE it goes down when TOM is done :)
