The whole idea I feel is to do what makes sense to you. It's a hard road no matter what but you have the motivation and the Plan you like. My problem is the Plan. I lost about 50 lbs. on Core last year but I was overeating and I tell people I didn't learn some portion control. Instead, I learned how to volume eat and get away with it. I know, I know, pretty sharp words about that Plan but I am being very truthful here. Working a Plan no matter which one is paramount. Liking it is even more so and believing in it is the ultimate.

Heh, I guess...technically I do a lot of "volume eating I can get away with" but eating so many whole foods allows that. One of my favorite dinners is an absolutely HUGE plate of roasted vegetables over 1/2 cup of brown rice.

I know that eating like that with volume is probably the best way to stay out of a regaining cycle. I just found some old ww freedom plan companion books. I was eating similar to you before. It was a good Program. I lost the darn handbook!
