Have you folks tried Z-Trim yet?

  • My apologies, folks. I didn't know there was another thread on this. I added my input on this wonderful product here in two posts on pages 5 (last post) and 6 (first post):

  • Hi

We wrote a review of Z-Trim a while back and it can be read at http://www.3fatchicks.com/cluck/z-trim-fat-replacer/ We have a thread on the product that might be helpful - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=102439 and I'm sure they'd love to hear about your experiences with the product.

    Thanks!
  • Btw, I have the powder. I think it's much easier and cheaper to whip up your own as you need it than to buy it in the bottles
  • I'm so sorry- I should have done a search before posting new threads. Feel free to delete them. The two folks I told about it on here somewhere didn't know about it, so I promised I'd let them know how it was when I tried it.
  • It's fine! I just wanted to make sure you and other members were able to read the other thread too, since there's some good info and tips from other members Please join the other thread if you get a chance, we'd love to know how you use it best

I did, what an awesome thread that is! Thankyou very much for providing the link for me. It gave me some great ideas for my daughter's birthday party coming up (cupcake recipe especially) as well as adding it to fruit smoothies- my oldest daughter loves those, and she'll love it more that it will keep her fuller longer than a regular smoothie. She also loves her brownies and Chocolate Chip cookies when she's PMSing, so that will be an added bonus for when she must have those things, while dieting.
  • There's an Italian restaurant here in St. Louis that is now making Fettuccine Alfredo with half the fat and cream replaced by Z-Trim. I'd like to try it! How many calories do you think would be in the reduced version?
