Calories in California Rolls?

Does anyone know the amount of calories in a california roll made without mayo? There are usually 6 or 8 pieces in one roll. I just love them, especially with sliced ginger on top! So satisfying!!
I wish they would make them with brown rice though!!!!

164 calories for two small slices of salmon with nothing on it?

This sounds very very high.

I did a search on calorieking.com 1 12 pack-361 calories, which comes to roughly 30 calories per piece.

I wouldn't say regularly, but I have definitely had it a few times since I started this about 6 months ago. Probably about 5 or 6 times. I love sushi and I'm not going to give it up. And there's no need to IMO. I add it to my day and that's that. And I do remember someone telling me that they've seen it made with brown rice. Though I've yet to find it that way.

By the way if you check Fitday.com, it's got calorie counts for almost EVERYTHING. It will tell you all you need to know. I also like nutritiondata.com for calorie counts and nutriitonal and other really informative info.

I love sushi and definitely eat it. I found similar calorie counts and just use those.

I do eat tempura less and miso soup more... and I eat fewer rolls and more nigiri, but I'm still loving my sushi!

I was afraid to open this because I love sushi, could and would eat it everyday.. lol My fav is the philly roll, dragon roll, eel, and tuna its also something that I refuse to give up no matter what, but the bad part is, I can put away ALOT of sushi lol Oh well :)
