After studying my journals and FitDay, I decided I must be a calorie counter! It's so hard to break into a new area, but I'm going to try. I'll start by watching for your daily menu threads and then will jump in whenever I can.
I hear you! It seems like I've tried a lot of "diets" but it all really boils down to counting calories. The good news is that I have a better appreciation for clean eating. (100% whole wheat, extra lean ground beef, fruits, vegetables, etc.) So, I'm counting calories but also eating good-for-me food.
