Weight goals:
-lose between 20 and 25 pounds
-eat healthy and more consistently
-exercise more

Goals for 2007:

Lose 40 lbs.

Exercise 30 mins a day

Eat healthy

Drink more water!

Goals for 2007:

~ Read lots about nutrtion and fitness! (Knowledge is power!)

~ Make better food choices

~ Lose 10-15 Lb's by May 2007 and our trip to Disneyworld

~ Find an exercise program and stick with it!

~ Drink more water!!! (I'm terrible at that part!)

My 2007 goal/resolution is to work out enough & eat healthy enough to get myself into a size 8 wedding dress. I don't want to be a fat bride!!!!

My New Years Resolutions:
 
1. Get to 140 lbs
2. Fit comfortably into the Size 5 pants I just bought
3. Start excercising regularly

I wanted to come back and add that I set up a 620 minute goal of exercise minutes for this month.

Mine and the hubby's resolutions are to avoid fast food and "junk"--chips, packaged cookies, etc--for one year. If we need something salty or sweet, there are things we can cook ourselves that will be tastier and healthier--and if we can manage this challenge for a year, I'll bet we don't even want the stuff anymore. :)
