Default The way I like my eggs...

I came up with this a couple of days alternative way to fix those eggs!

Put a pot of water on to boil. When it has come to a complete boil, lower eggs into water with a spoon to prevent them from breaking. Set your timer to EXACTLY 6 minutes. As soon as the timer goes off, run them under cold water to stop the cooking and make them not so hot to peel.

Put them in a bowl and add whatever goodies you like. I like to add bacon, mozzarella cheese and fresh chives from my garden..sometimes also basil..
a little salt and pepper and voila! The eggs have a bit of "yellow runny" to them, but not so much that you want to grab a piece of toast to sop them up, and the white is firm and not runny.

Fresh herbs make such a difference in the taste. If you don't have room for a bed of herbs, use a large pot and put several herbs you like in them..they are very easy to grow and makes creating more flavor in food a breeze.
