"old" WW Recipe For Pancake Wanted

On my first 'go' with WW when lots of things were 'illegal' back in late 60's/early 70's, there was a recipe for a pancake using {I think} bread and orange juice and ???? Can anyone come up with the recipe? I have been craving them!!
