Searching for an old WW recipe.

I am looking for a WW recipe from the 80's. The ingredients that I remember are Grape Nuts cereal, Alba and Carey Sugar Free Maple Syrup. I'm not sure if I'm missing some ingredients. Does anyone remember this recipe? ;)
