I have a hard time getting in the calcium, so decided to try something new.
1 WW White chocolate smoothie
8th Continent light vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup of coffee
I put the milk and smoothie in the blender, then in a big coffee mug and topped off with coffee and microwaved until hot.
Tastes just like the Vanilla Cappacino from the quick trip!
