Need light bread recipe for bread machine.

I'm looking for a light whole wheat bread recipe for the machine. The lowest I've been able to find and make is 2 points per slice. Does anyone have a proven recipe for lower point bread?

I don't have a lower recipe, but just a thought.... if you notice the ww bread it is sliced much thinner than regular bread. Which is probably what makes it lower in points, not the content.

The ww bread also has a low density. Is there anything you can add to make it rise more?
