You've lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time. If you aren't seeing a lot of loose skin so far, that's a good sign. But it's a genetic roll of the dice - no one can really advise you, because the result is unique to you. It helps to be young. In general, creams and other things that claim to help loose skin don't really work. A lot of what people think is loose skin is a combination of fat and skin. In the bathtub, if the skin just kind of floats up to the top, it's loose skin.
Your skin will continue to tighten up some after you're done losing weight - give it a few months, it takes time to bounce back. But no, there's really nothing you can do and no one else can really help predict what will happen. But congrats on losing weight so far and good luck.
