How much did your breasts go down?

How much weight have you lost and how many cup sizes did you go down?

Are you happy with your breasts now?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, but I figured this has to do with body image.

I'm going for my last 30 pounds :carrot:, but this is something I can't stop thinking about. I got really lucky with my first 40 pounds and had a growth spurt so my breasts actually got bigger and are now 34Fs. Yeah they're big and my back hurts, but I personally like them lol

That said I wouldn't mind going down to a 32E at all, anything smaller and I'll be a little dissapointed + I'm sure I'll be dealing with exceess skin at that point.

I know there's no way to tell for sure how your body will shred, but I'm just curious. I keep thinking well 30 isnt a lot, but I know some people lose 10 and lose a whole cup size. Then on the other hand know some people who want smaller boobs, but they don't go anywhere even after they lose 40.

I swear I've been losing a cup size every 5lbs for the last 20lbs. My breasts were already saggy to start with thanks to multiple pregnancies and accompanying ups and downs in size. I'm still a 28FF/30F, although the bras are much looser now than they were 3lbs ago, so not teeny tiny, but way down from what I was (completely bursting out of 34DDs, I measured as a 30GG or 32G and that was after losing some weight). With a good, supportive bra or bathing suit top, I think the girls look fine.

I never thought of it, I went down allover, feet, fingers legs.hips , boobs all over and am glad of it. I'd rather have no bobs at all than have to wear extra size clothing again.

My band size has gone down, from 46 to 42, but my cup size, C, has remained the same. Of course, I'm 48 years old and my girls simply aren't up where they used to be. *sigh*

I lost close to 60 lbs 12 years ago and went from a 36C (which I had been for years) to a 32A which is what I am still today. Thinking about augmentation though!

I started at a 36DD and now I'm a 34D. I hope it keeps going down, I want my 34B chest back! I hate big boobs! Lol

Although I've lost 6 inches off my bustline, I'm still a DDD - from 42DDD, to 40F, 38DDD, currently wearing 36DDD, but I'm measuring at 34E. My boobs haven't been perky since I was in high school, so they don't look that bad to me. ;) I'm just happy to still have big ones, and they still look proportionate. :D

I've lost 19 pounds and still wear the same bra. I am sure I've lost inches all over (esp. my stomach) - but I don't think Im in a new bra size yet. And I look forward to the day because these girls are way too big.

over about 100 lbs, i went from a 40 E to a 34DD.

my breasts are really weird, always the same :D

I went from a 40D to a 28F. Much smaller, and they look "empty" sometimes.

I'm not happy with them but I'm not upset either. Just neutral I guess. they look fine in a good bra.

I went from a 42DDD to a 32DD. Interestingly my breasts have managed to stay pretty full looking compared to when when I lost weight many years ago (back in my 20's). Back then I did a lot of running and probably didn't wear enough support because they were flat and cylinder like when I leaned down. This time I switched from running to intense spinning classes (less damaging to my knees and chins) and added weight lifting (lots of chest presses and push ups). I also wear a super supportive sports bra as well as regular bra combined when I workout. I think this has made a difference in how they look now versus back then.

Girls, when you say "my breasts stayed the same" are you bras riding up in the back? When you lift your arms does the bottom of the bra come off your body? Your cup size may have stayed the same, but your band size may have changed. Get out your tape measures and measure that underbust (DO NOT add 4"!)

I was a 38G, I've only lost 4 pounds, but my body composition has changed and I noticed my bras were no longer sitting straight across my back and my breasts weren't feeling as "secure" in my bras. I measured my underbust and was shocked to find it at 34"! I now have some 34H bras and some 36G bras and I feel so much better!

I went down 1 cup size (from D to C), and band size went down a little more from 100 to 90.

Yes and also just try bras on (probably better to do that at a place where they have a specialist to check your fit) sometimes you don't know how bad your current bra fits until you get in the right size.
