Most of the stuff I'd like to list, I shouldn't mention on a public forum.

Suffice it to say that my husband and I have both appreciated the changes we've made since we started living a healthier, more active lifestyle. We have appreciated these changes from many novel angles and under many lighting conditions. I don't have an ounce of shyness or "ew-don't-touch-that-it's-fat" left; I feel too good in my own body not to enjoy it fully.
I have a nice range of new panties, too. I was hanging onto a Christmas gift card until I had bigger weight loss, but you know, a sale on panties is nothing to take lightly.
When I was a kid, my favorite colors were pink, red, and purple. I recently realized that a lot of my current wardrobe is black and gray. Like, a LOT. I still like black and gray, but I've made it a point to re-introduce pinks and purples and reds wherever I can. These colors feel cheerful and beautiful; I love wearing them again and don't know why I ever let myself stop. I don't feel the need to hide now (and considering I've only lost thirtyish pounds, it's proof to me that I
never needed to hide--I just needed to change my outlook).
Buy yourselves something pretty today, even if it's just a pair of hot red panties or a new pink tee. You deserve it. No matter what your current weight or size or shape,
you deserve it.
