Breast Cancer Awareness

Hi fellow TBL'rs

I just wanted to remind all of you ladies out there that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I am a 15 year survivor...woo-hoo:dance: I am big-time into Relay for Life & am co-chair of the Survivor Celebration each year. Remember to get your mammograms....if you're not sure when you should have one, ask your dr. Don't be afraid....this is your life we're talking about. Please, please do self-exams monthly. And one big thing to remember....if you're dr. says if your lump hurts not to worry, that it probably is benign. NOT TRUE!! That's how I found my lump. I was 39 years old, there was no history of breast cancer in my family. My 3 yr. old daughter bumped my breast & it hurt. I had chemo & radiation but I AM A SURVIVOR!
