Biggest Loser support group
 

with big loser starting next week i thought itd be fun to strart our own version and support each other. any takers?

I'm in. I love this show. I haven't watched since the first season, though. I picked up a copy of the BL workout, but I have been slacking. I would love to go along with the show and see how much I can lose.

btw-what network is the BL on? I am going to have to start recording it.

are you guys all anitcipating the start of BL?? I am!!

Are you all following the BL diet (if they even have one)? or are you just following the show and checking your progress. I think I am going to start the Fat Smash Diet, but I want to go along with the show and Weigh-in when they do and all that good stuff. I think it'll make losing weight funner. What are all of your plans???

I'd join... although I'm trying to lose big, I'm not trying to lose fast... just 2lbs per week... But it's be fun to participate anyway.

whats up rosario? i could be wrong but i think most of the group is on other plans bc there hasnt been much of a response to this thread. if you wanna meet some of the others go to the BL thread i put in the support group area. thats the area that seems to have the most ppl wanting to participate. i myself am on ww's.
