rotation for Jillian's workouts

  • I was wondering if there is a rotation using all of Jillian's dvds.

  • Bev - The book has a 12 week (I think) program. I just bought it last night but have not had time to read anything.

    For now, I am doing front and back on alternate days and adding add'l cardio or Pilates/Yoga/stretching. Once I read the book and know what I should be doing, I will probably follow the book's guidelines but sub in the DVDs.

    This is what I am doing now:
    S-Rest
    M-Full Frontal + 30 - 45 minutes cardio
    T-Back in Action + P/Y/stretching
    W-Long cardio (60 min)
    T-Front (just got Shape Up set last night) + P/Y/stretching
    F-Back + 30 - 45 minutes cardio
    S-Long cardio + P/Y/stretching

    What I want to build up to:
    S-Rest
    M-Full Frontal + Back in Action
    T-Long cardio + P/Y/stretching
    W-Front + Back
    T-Long cardio + P/Y/stretching
    F-Full Frontal + Back in Action
    S-Rest or stretch or light cardio

    A less intense version would be to use the Shape Up DVDs on M & F and the Maximize set on Wed. Right now, I am feel whipped enough after Full Frontal and Front so add on the easier workouts for now.
