How much do the BL workout?

I just wondered after watching the Navy vs. Marine wives episode tonight, when they get home, how much they workout at home everyday. They always look so good from the time they leave the ranch to the final weigh in. Does anyone happen to know?

i've heard that they workout out 4 hours a day.
