Smile Jillian's Girls Weigh-In (Nov. 7th-Nov. 13th)

So far as a group we have lost 32 pounds! Congratulations, everyone!

Here's the new thread for our group starting Monday and running through Sunday.

I think some of you gals weighed in on the other thread. Remember, weigh-in day for the thread starts on MONDAY. So, if you put your Monday weigh-in on the old thread, well then, it won't get added into this week's total.

I am just starting here, but been dieting for 5 months, so I thought I would weigh in on this thread, cuz I am a big Jillian fan and am following advice here until my book arrives. SHould get it this weekend ! (via my daughter)

My beginning weight for here is 207. I have a Christmas goal of 199 and an ultimate goal of 135.

Happy Day, 2 lbs. I am a little incredulous. I am weighing in a day early this week because I am leaving for a trip early tomorrow. I am really down 2.5! But counting 2 for the week as that is what the ticker shows. Knock on wood that I can keep this up (and off while out of town).
