chick-in-the-hat - Thanks for asking. My knees are not clicking anymore because I backed away from all the high impact stuff and substituted the bike instead. My left knee feels slightly sore at times, but I definately feel much better.
The past week I have been a bit slack and missed 3 workouts - I guess the knee thing shook me up.

This week I have prepared and am psyched to do all my workouts today. It is week 3 & 4 for me, so I am pretty happy about the exercise changes.
Ladies, bear with me, I am learning day by day. My main issue is self-sabotage and getting my head around DESERVING to be happy and fit. My goal is to continue to focus on eating healthy and wholesome 90% of the time with some room to enjoy the "sweeter" things in life. LOL
