Hello Everyone!!

Shaunarae - Happy Belated Birthday!!!
Kim -
chick-in-the-hat - Thanks for asking. My knees are not clicking anymore because I backed away from all the high impact stuff and substituted the bike instead. My left knee feels slightly sore at times, but I definately feel much better.

The past week I have been a bit slack and missed 3 workouts - I guess the knee thing shook me up. This week I have prepared and am psyched to do all my workouts today. It is week 3 & 4 for me, so I am pretty happy about the exercise changes.

Ladies, bear with me, I am learning day by day. My main issue is self-sabotage and getting my head around DESERVING to be happy and fit. My goal is to continue to focus on eating healthy and wholesome 90% of the time with some room to enjoy the "sweeter" things in life. LOL

I hope you all have a wonderful day!!

Today was Day 1 of week 4....I kinda like 2 sets of 15....I have to add more cardio in at the end but it feels like vacation

Tyneebutt - you are still in the game - we are all learning...(Sometimes I feel like the older I get the less I know ) Just think of all the people that have already given up - you aren't one of them. Just a little set back with the knee. Take care of yourself - you do deserve it!

Morning all. Gina I know what you mean about 2 sets. I am on day 4 of week 4 this week. I skipped week 2. I have been doing 2 minute cardio intervals this week rather than extra at the end. I am with angel-eyes - a 100 lb. loss is so awesome. You must feel fabulous. Have you posted pictures anywhere? I would love to see some. Anyway speaking of that day 4 - I better get with it.

I do feel good - some extra spring in my step....and loose pants! Basically I'm back to my lowest adult weight ever....but this time I'm in better shape...the first time I was a big ol bag of hanging skin. Thanks to Jillian and you guys and a bit of work - I'm a couple sizes smaller than last time. It's kinda funny - I was pretty comfy where I was - but now I'm all into the idea of actually making it to goal.

Grumpy day at work today.....stupid On Call....but I still made myself go to the gym and burned off my agression from the day. Plus it was back day...I love back day.

Hmmmm....pics you say? I will torture you with my photo album from my most recent Mexico trip...there are some of me in there...along with enough waterfalls to flood a continent. The waterfalls and funky surreal castle thing are in San Luis Potosi....the scary looking house under construction is ours....someday we will retire there.

Gina - what fun. Thanks for the trip pics. I enjoyed seeing them very much. I like your house!

And yes, absolutely, the goal shall be reached.

Hope work goes better for you today.

Today is my cardio day. Have to work so I'll be making the walk 3 circuits through my neighborhood which measures out exactly 1 mile per circuit. Boring but convenient.

And just one more thing. Google grannyville for the blog of a hilarious and irreverant woman whose main interest are bodybuilding and art. When you have a minute scroll back through the archives, especially her posts about working out. I find her very inspirational.

Remember - I said irreverant! Not pornographic - though you might want to be careful about some of those links. I know what you mean about work though.

Enjoy your rest day. I am going to start in on the week 4 exercises later today. Enjoyed my rest yesterday immensely.

Grannyvibe is great!!! Gotta love any chick with a healthy dose of 'tood!!!

I still have more to read -

Today I did Day 2 of Week 5.....I did Day 1 yesterday. I'm getting the days and weeks all mixed up - I have the workouts written in a spiral notebook and I sometimes get the pages all flipped out in my gym bag. Not to worry, front day is always front day, back day always comes next. Tomorrow is rest day. It's all good!! Went to Applebee's - I got to have dinner and a dessert and still stayed under 1400 calories today. Beware of the non Weight Watcher meals though - I looked some of them up in Calorie King...
