Does any one here have a body bug and if so do you like it? Do you wear it 24 hours a day?

Here is a thread for Body Bugg users - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/gene...ether-3-a.html

I have a GoWearFit band which is made by the same company as Body Bugg. I love it! I suggest reading the thread the previous poster listed. It has a lot of good information.

I loved mine for about a week - then I got tired of wearing it plus felt I learned what I did in a day on average and what I did in an average workout and it really didn't tell me anything new day to day - I need to figure out how to sell it, I feel like it was a waste of money...and hard to sell due to the subscription

How much are they are where do you get them? I've been looking into getting one for a while now.

I have been debating getting one, but I don't think I will because honestly if the scale is going down there is no need for one, really. Plus, I have been thinking about getting my own treadmill. I think I could spend the money on something else that I will use more besides a body bugg. I think eventually the "new" would wear off, and I wouldn't use it.

You can order the bodybugg from bodybugg dot com and the one I have is made by the same company but it is ordered from gowearfit dot com. You can also order both on amazon.

This was my debate before getting mine, I didn't want to spend the money if I was losing on my own. I finally broke when I hit a plateau in January. I can definitely see where once you know what your burning it might not be useful. For me it was finally being able to figure out my calorie intake vs my calorie burn and what I needed to tweak to bust through my plateau.
