I should ask Suzanne to post her experiences here.
She signed up for the ten day trial period to check the site out and was not impressed. The meal plans are generated in a manner similar to eDiets (it's not run by eDiets though, but by Rodale, who also run the SBD subscription site). Suzanne said that when you sign up, you input how much weight you want to lose and the time frame in which you want to lose the weight; if you choose to lose more than 2 lb/week, your choice is rejected by the program (despite the weights that the show contestants have lost so far).
Suzanne also said that the club forum is filled with complaints about that - people who join want to know *exactly* what the show contestants are doing so they can do the same thing (I doubt that most people who join have the time in their regular lives to do 2 hours of cardio + 1 hour of weight training each day, however...).
I'm enjoying the show...but personally, I'd pass on the club.
You can find plenty of support, info, and a bazillion recipes right here at 3FC for nada...if you want to try out an online menu planning site, I've heard good things about eDiets (although I've never used the site myself).
