Biggest Loser in the Workplace
 

Hi guys,

I'm new here. Is anyone's workplace holding Biggest Loser competitions? I work at a hospital and was just chosen in the top 10 for the contest. We start with personal trainers in 2 weeks. I can't wait.

I would love input and inspiration from any and all.

But feel free to come in to the thread above - the BL Challenges - and chat wilth us about your experience. There's 3 teams, red, blue, black and you chat with us all. i too am starting a TBL competition in my area we start 5/30 we are aiming for 10 people and we have 6 so far. good luck!
